Storyline
This romantic comedy follows Bea, a law student, and Ben, a Goldman Sachs employee, who meet cute in a coffee shop. Their instant connection sours when Bea leaves without waking him, and he insults her to his friend. Six months later, they unexpectedly find themselves in Sydney for Halle and Claudia’s wedding. Their initial animosity clashes with the wedding preparations, further complicated by the presence of their exes. Forced to pretend to be a couple to appease their families and sabotage their exes, Ben and Bea gradually rediscover their attraction. However, miscommunications, betrayals, and a series of elaborate schemes lead to further misunderstandings. Ultimately, Ben and Bea overcome their past hurts and reconcile, realizing their true feelings for each other amidst the chaos of the wedding.
